1. If you don’t want to knead the dough by hand, you can choose a bread machine, put all the ingredients in, place the sugar and salt diagonally, and stir. If kneading by hand, mix the sugar, flour, yeast and salt evenly first, then add the eggs and milk. I always knead the dough at night and cook it the next day. If the weather is too hot, you can put it in the refrigerator.

2. Knead the dough into several pieces of similar size. If your hands feel sticky during the kneading process, you can apply some oil on your hands and let them rise for about 10 minutes.
