How to Cook Wild Boar

Main ingredients: wild boar belly meat, pickled mustard greens

Seasoning: salt, soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, onion, ginger, golden sauce, fermented bean curd juice, black beans, MSG, and cornstarch in appropriate amounts.

Preparation method:

1. Scrape and clean the pork belly, add water and cook over high heat, then remove from the pot and spread the pork skin evenly with golden sauce;

2. Heat sesame oil in a pan until it is 60% cooked, fry the belly meat for about 2 minutes while it is still hot, flatten it on a cutting board when it turns red, put it in the refrigerator to freeze it, and then cut it into thin slices;
