How to make hot noodle pancakes?

Cake is a very familiar food to us, but people in modern society like to eat some innovative cakes, such as adding other ingredients to the cakes. From a traditional perspective, steamed buns still have many fans, especially the elderly, who particularly like to eat them because they taste very good. So, how to make hot pancakes in the easiest way?

This electric pancake pancake has no salty taste and does not need to be brushed with oil on the surface. It is the staple food of Hebei people. It is usually used to roll meat dishes such as braised beef, or paired with sweet noodle sauce and green onions. I would like to introduce this Hebei pancake made with half-scalded dough. The pancake will not become hard when it is cold. It is a pancake with less oil and richer layers. It is very simple. I hope everyone will try to make it!

250g wheat flour (standard flour); a little corn oil, 140g water

Add boiling water to the flour, stir evenly with chopsticks, and then add cold water in batches

Use a dough kneading tool or your bare hands to knead into a soft dough, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes to allow the dough to fully absorb water.

Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the chopping board, divide the dough into two parts, and knead it into smooth small doughs.

Take a piece of dough, roll it into an oval shape, and drop a little corn oil on a cotton pad, spread it evenly, then sprinkle a layer of dry flour and spread it evenly.

Roll up the long oval dough from one end of the short side into a strip and pinch the ends to prevent oil leakage.

Pull the two ends of the dough with both hands and twist it several times like a twist to form more layers.

Use both hands to press the two ends towards the middle and place it vertically. Let it rise for about 5 minutes so that it will be easier to flatten and expand later.

Flatten into pieces

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a pancake with a diameter of about 20 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Brush a small amount of corn oil on the upper and lower plates of the baking pan, and start preheating the electric baking pan. The preheating time is about 5 minutes.

After preheating, select the electric baking pan, low heat, heat the upper and lower plates at the same time, scallion pancake mode, press confirm to start heating. In the later stage of the pancake-making process, you can open the lid to check the color of the food. Generally, when the heat around the pancake pan becomes smaller, it indicates that the food is cooked.
