How to make sauerkraut oil pie

Sauerkraut oil pie is a very common home-cooked dish. After a busy work day, you can go home and have a dish like this to relax yourself. This dish has high nutritional value, is healthy and nutritious, and is suitable for people of different ages. Moreover, the color of this dish makes it look very appetizing.

1. Knead the dough with warm water and set it aside to rest for 20 minutes, kneading it every ten minutes.

2. I bought this kind of bagged sauerkraut.

3. Wash and chop the sauerkraut, squeeze out the water and set aside.

4. This is the oil shuttle I made myself. It’s better to chop it into smaller pieces.

5. Chop the green onion and ginger.

6. Put the sauerkraut stuffing and fried dough sticks in a large bowl.

7. Then add the chopped green onion and ginger.

8. I used thirteen spices, chicken essence, and light soy sauce.

9. Add chicken essence, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, salt and cooking oil, and stir clockwise until evenly mixed.

10. This is the mixed filling.

11. After the dough has rested, cut it into small pieces. Mine are a little bigger than the ones for making dumplings.

12. Roll it into dough.

13. Place the filling in the middle.

14. Pinch it like making a dumpling.

15. Then turn all the wrapped cakes upside down on the panel and roll them into pancakes one by one.

16. Put a little cooking oil in the pan and put the pancake into the pan.

17. Be sure to use low heat and turn the pie frequently. Fry until both sides are golden brown and the pie is cooked when it is bulging.
