How to make pickled cabbage, pork and mushrooms

Whether our diet is healthy or not is often directly related to our physical health. If you want to have a good body, you should not be lazy in normal times. For example, stir-fried sauerkraut pork slices with mushrooms is very simple and suitable for those who are busy and don’t want to compromise.

1. Prepare the mushrooms, remove the stems and soak them in salt water for ten minutes, then wash and set aside

2. Wash the pickled cabbage, soak it in rice water for ten minutes, cut it into strips, cut the meat into thin slices, marinate it with a small amount of salt, pepper and oyster sauce, and slice the garlic for later use.

3. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and set aside

4. Pour a little more oil into the pan, add the meat slices and garlic slices and stir-fry

5. When the meat slices change color, pour in the mushroom slices and continue to stir-fry until the mushroom slices become soft, then add appropriate amount of salt to taste

6. Then pour in the shredded pickled cabbage and continue to stir fry

7. Stir-fry for about a minute until all the ingredients are seasoned.

8. Just like that, the sour and appetizing dish is ready.
