How to make flower cream cake

The method of making flower cream cake is very simple, and the ingredients needed are very common. It is a very delicious home-cooked dish. 1. Use an egg separator to separate the egg yolk and egg white. There should not be any yolk in the egg white. Also make sure there is no oil or water in the basin!

2. Add 20 grams of white sugar to the egg yolks and beat until the sugar melts!

3. Add egg yolks, milk and corn oil and continue stirring!

4. Add sifted flour to the beaten egg yolks!

5. Use a silicone spatula to stir gently, do not make circles to avoid forming gluten!

6. Add the remaining white sugar to the egg whites in three batches, pour two drops of white vinegar halfway through, and beat until hard foam is formed. It is done when the whisk has a small pointed corner when you lift it!

7. Add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk paste in three batches! Still stir gently!

8. Pour out half of the mixed cake batter and add cocoa powder!

9. Use an eight-inch mold to first pour in some cocoa paste and then pour in the original egg paste, and pour all the paste into the mold in this alternating manner!

10. Pour all the ingredients into the mold and gently shake out the bubbles. Preheat the oven and bake at 140 degrees for one hour!

11. When the time is up, take it out and let it cool upside down!

12. Remove from the mold after cooling! (A tiger-striped cake base is baked)

13. Place the cooled cake base on the decorating table and prepare the cream!

14. Whip the cream. I use vegetable cream, which is very easy to whip without adding sugar. It is difficult to make decorations with animal cream. Once the cream is whipped until it expands and has patterns, it is done!

15. Apply cream on the cake base!

16. Spread butter all over, try to smooth it out as much as possible, but I can’t do it! hey-hey!

17. Put a small six-tooth nozzle into the piping bag and cut a small hole on the mouth of the piping bag!

18. Find another leaf-shaped piping nozzle and fill it with cream using the same method!

19. First use a six-tooth flower nozzle to frame the edge of the cake into a bamboo basket style! (My mounting is very simple, you can understand it at a glance!)

20. Use a leaf piping nozzle to pipe a circle around the edge of the cake!

21. Then add a second circle of leaves in the middle of each leaf!

22. Decorate the surface with roses!

23. After placing the roses, use baby's breath to decorate the surroundings!

24. In the end, I felt that the surface was still a little empty, so I cut a small hole in a piping bag and randomly squeezed some flower vines in. It didn’t look very realistic! Haha (actually that place is for writing on birthdays)
