1. Take a large bowl, put the meat slices and seasonings together, mix well, and marinate for about 60 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 200℃ and set aside.

2. Mix water and starch into a paste. Add egg white and stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks to make egg foam paste.

3. Put the wok on the fire, add oil and heat it until it is 50% hot. Dip the meat skewers in the egg batter and put them in. Turn them over gently with chopsticks. Fry for about 5 minutes until the outside is browned. Brush them with sesame oil, sprinkle chili powder and five-spice powder on them, and they are ready to eat.
