How to make sunflower bread

Good health requires us to take good care of it on a daily basis. A healthy diet can keep us in good health. It is relatively healthy to go to the market to buy some vegetables and cook them yourself. The method of making sunflower bread is actually very simple and is worth recommending to people who value their health.

1. Method: Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and stir for 30 minutes. The stirring function of my bread machine is set to 15 minutes. I stir twice, adding butter after 30 minutes and stirring for another 15 minutes.

2. Stir until smooth and can be pulled out into a slightly transparent film-like dough

3. Put it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap

4. Put it in the oven and set it to fermentation. It's hot now, so I used it for 30 minutes.

5. After 30 minutes, the dough will ferment to 2.5 times its original size. Use your finger to poke a hole in the dough. If it does not collapse or shrink, it is fermented.

6.3. Divide the fermented dough into two parts: three-fifths and two-fifths.

7.4. Divide the two doughs into five equal parts, roll them into balls and let them rest for about 10 minutes.

8. Roll the larger dough into round pieces with a diameter of about 20 cm, place them on the oilcloth, and brush them with a layer of corn oil.

9. Put another dough sheet on top, brush it with oil, stack the five dough sheets in order, and then use a wheel knife to cut off the uneven edges.

10. Use a knife to cut eight slits in the middle.

11. Lift the corner and flip it outwards.

12. Roll the small doughs into round pieces, brush them with oil, stack them up, and use a wheel knife to cut off the uneven parts. Place the small dough piece in the middle of the large dough piece.

13. Just like making the large dough, make eight cuts in the middle of the small dough and pull the corners to fold it outwards. The folded corners should be staggered with the corners of the large dough piece. As shown in the picture.

14. Roll the cut scraps into a round shape, flatten them and put them in the middle of the dough as the pistil.

15. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation. It took me 20 minutes

16. Brush the fermented dough evenly with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with a layer of white sesame seeds. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
