Put another dough sheet on top, brush it with oil, stack the five dough sheets in order, and then use a wheel knife to cut off the uneven edges. 10. Use a knife to cut eight slits in the middle. 11. Lift the corner and flip it outwards. 12. Roll the small doughs into round pieces, brush them with oil, stack them up, and use a wheel knife to cut off the uneven parts. Place the small dough piece in the middle of the large dough piece. 13. Just like making the large dough, make eight cuts in the middle of the small dough and pull the corners to fold it outwards. The folded corners should be staggered with the corners of the large dough piece. As shown in the picture. 14. Roll the cut scraps into a round shape, flatten them and put them in the middle of the dough as the pistil. 15. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation. It took me 20 minutes 16. Brush the fermented dough evenly with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with a layer of white sesame seeds. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes Enjoy life after a busy day.
