Spicy Konjac Chicken

1. Wash and cut chicken into pieces

2. Ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, two star anises, two cardamoms

3. Stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant, add the chicken, add one spoon each of soy sauce and cooking wine, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes

4. Put the cut konjac into the pot and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes. Add a little salt and continue to stir-fry.

5. Put the fried chicken and konjac into a high pot, cook over high heat for 10-15 minutes, then switch to medium heat for 20-25 minutes, add the marinated chives, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

6. Place the braised chicken on a plate and serve
