Homemade Pickled Fish Recipe

As the saying goes, food is the most important thing for people. If the diet is unhealthy, the human body will easily have problems. We must usually ensure a healthy diet and a balanced nutrition. The method of making the homemade simple sauerkraut fish is very simple, and the ingredients are also relatively common in our lives. It is cheap and is a frequent guest on many family tables.

1. Buy the fish, clean it and cut it into thin slices

2. Add cooking wine, cornstarch, egg white, salt and chicken essence, mix well and marinate for more than half an hour

3. Wash and cut the sauerkraut and set aside

4. Cut the dried chili peppers into small pieces. Set aside an appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns.

5. Pour a little oil into the pot and fry the dried chili peppers and peppercorns. Set aside.

6. Pour in the oil and fry the pickled peppers and ginger until fragrant.

7. Pour the sauerkraut into the pot and continue to stir-fry for a while to release the flavor.

8. Pour cold boiled water into the soup and boil it for a while before starting to season it. If the sauerkraut at home is not sour enough, you can add some white vinegar to the soup.

9. Place the fish slices evenly on the sauerkraut and cook over medium heat until the soup boils.

10. After boiling for one or two minutes, add salt, chicken essence, pepper oil, sesame oil and it is ready to serve.

11. Put the previously fried dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns on the fish, sprinkle with chopped green onions and coriander.
