How to cook tilapia with sauerkraut

It may be okay to eat casually when you are single, but if you have a family, especially if you have children, you must not neglect their diet. No matter how busy you are, you should make sure your children get enough nutrition. In fact, stewing tilapia with sauerkraut is very easy to make, and what is more valuable is that it is also very nutritious.

1. Descale the tilapia, cut open the belly, remove the internal organs and clean it. Wash the sauerkraut and cut the ginger into shreds for later use.

2. Pour appropriate amount of cooking oil into the hot pan, put in the fish, sprinkle with shredded ginger, and fry the fish until both sides are golden brown.

3. Pour in the sauerkraut, add appropriate amount of water, soy sauce and salt (if the sauerkraut is salty enough, no need to add salt) and simmer over low heat until the soup is concentrated.

4. Turn off the heat and serve.

Although restaurants provide convenience for people, they are not a long-term solution after all. The recipe of tilapia stewed with sauerkraut is simple and it tastes very delicious.
