How to make fancy purple potato bread

The fancy purple sweet potato bread is simple to make, economical and healthy, and can easily resolve your concerns.

1. Use the post-oil method to put the ingredients into the bread pan one by one, put the salt and sugar diagonally, and put the yeast on the top.

2. Start the bread machine's kneading program and knead the dough for thirty minutes, then add the butter and continue kneading for another thirty minutes.

3. Knead until it forms a film.

4. Let the dough ferment directly in the bread bucket until it is 2.5 times larger than the original size. Start the kneading program and knead it for a few more minutes to deflate the dough.

5. Take out the deflated dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it relax for 20 minutes.

6. Steam the purple sweet potatoes in advance and mash them into purple sweet potato puree. If it is too dry, add a little milk to dilute it. If you like sweetness, add some sugar.

7. Knead the dough evenly and roll it into a rectangular crust.

8. Spread the purple sweet potato puree evenly on the crust.

9. Roll it up from one end and pinch the edges tightly.

10. Cut into six equal portions.

11. Place them in the mold one by one. (I don't have a hollow mold, so I used an eight-inch chiffon mold instead. I rolled a cardboard into a tube in the middle and wrapped it with tin foil. I was also drunk with this step.)

12. Place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven, place the mold on the baking tray, place a basin of hot water on the lower layer, close the oven door, and let it ferment until it is twice its original size and brush with egg liquid.

13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the lower layer for about 20 minutes. Cover the bread with tin foil after it has browned to prevent it from getting too dark.
