1.1Cut the butter into small pieces, add water, milk, salt and fine sugar, heat until boiling and remove from heat.

2.2 Mix the low-gluten flour and golden cheese powder and sift twice.

3.12 Pour in the sifted flour all at once and stir quickly.

4.21 After mixing well, turn on the heat again over medium heat, stirring while heating until a thin film appears on the bottom of the pot, then turn off the heat.

5. When it is no longer hot to the touch, pour in the egg liquid in 4 batches. (Stir well each time before adding the next one)

6. The mixed batter is shiny, smooth and relatively viscous. When the scooped batter falls slowly, it forms an inverted triangle shape.

7.Put the batter into a piping bag. (Use a round nozzle with a diameter of about 1 cm)

8. Squeeze out round balls of batter with a diameter of about 4 cm at intervals and sprinkle with appropriate amount of pearl sugar.

9. Bake at 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower fire, for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface is colored and puffed and straight. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, then take out and let cool.

10.Squeeze the cream in from the bottom.
