1. First, chop the sauerkraut into small pieces.

2. Stir-fry the chopped pickled cabbage and bacon.

3. Cut the third handful of bacon. Fry the meat first. When the meat is almost done, add the pickled cabbage and stir-fry together.

4. Chop ginger, garlic and chili into small pieces and put them in when the oil pan is hot. When the garlic and ginger turn yellow, add the bacon.

5. The sauerkraut and bacon are fried.
