1. Prepare 2 water-free and oil-free containers and separate the egg whites and egg yolks.

2. Sift the low flour three times, add 10 grams of fine sugar into the egg yolks and mix well.

3. Add milk, salad oil and low flour to the egg yolk and mix well.

4. Beat the egg whites, add a little tartar powder and beat until it becomes bubble-like. Add fine sugar in three times, adding 15 grams of fine sugar for the first time.

5. When the egg whites become larger, add 15 grams of fine sugar for the second time and beat the egg whites at high speed.

6. When the egg whites have obvious fine lines, add 15 grams of fine sugar and beat for the third time.

7. When the egg heads have small curved corners, the egg whites are well beaten.

8. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them into the egg yolk and stir-fry evenly.

9. Pour the egg white and egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites, and stir evenly from bottom to top, just like cooking.

10. Flip the mixed cake batter.

11. Pour into the mold and shake out the bubbles. Preheat the oven to 150°C

12. Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 150℃ for 45 minutes.

13. After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down on a wire rack and let it cool naturally.

14. Perfect demoulding, don’t worry, it will be demoulded after four hours.

15. Cut into three pieces.

16. Spread blueberry jam evenly on both slices.

17. Prepare 9 finger biscuits.

18. Soak the gelatin powder in an appropriate amount of water, melt it in water, let it cool, pour in a cup of pure orange juice, mix quickly and set aside.

19. Cut the finger biscuits into two pieces, place them around the cake and secure them with a ribbon.

20. Drizzle with orange juice.

21. Sprinkle with sugar needles and cherries. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
