How to make chiffon cream cake roll

1. Take two clean, oil-free bowls and separate the egg whites and egg yolks.

2. Add milk, corn oil and sugar to the egg yolk and mix well with a hand whisk. .

3. Sift in low-gluten flour.

4. Continue to stir evenly, but don't overdo it to avoid the flour from forming gluten.

5. Add 30 grams of sugar to the egg whites.

6. Beat with an electric whisk until thick, then add another 30 grams of sugar.

7. Continue beating until wet foam is formed, that is, the egg whites brought out by the whisk form a curved hook shape.

8. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them into the egg yolk paste.

9. After stirring evenly, pour the remaining egg whites into the egg yolk paste.

10. Stir quickly and evenly.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line the baking tray with greaseproof paper, pour the mixed batter into the baking tray, smooth the surface and shake it vigorously a few times to remove large bubbles.

12. Place it in the middle layer of the oven and bake it with upper and lower heat for 15-20 minutes.

17. Add sugar to the whipped cream.

20. Wrap the baking paper with a rolling pin. While rolling the rolling pin, use the baking paper to roll up the cake.

21. Put the rolled cake roll in the refrigerator for more than two hours to set, then take it out and cut it into pieces for consumption.
