Healthy eating is an issue that each of us should pay attention to. If an improper diet causes a disease and leads to physical damage, it will be too late to regret it. Therefore, it is best for us to learn how to make some home-cooked dishes. The method of mango mousse cake (8 inches) is easy and worth a try.

1. Cut off the outer part of two slices of chiffon cake.

2. Peel and core the mango, take 300 grams of the pulp and cut into cubes for later use. Prepare other materials.

3. Pour gelatin powder into a bowl, add 50ml of milk and soak for a while.

4. Pour the diced mango and 150 ml of milk into a food processor and blend into a smooth mango sauce.

5. Heat the softened gelatin powder in water, stirring constantly, so that the gelatin powder melts into a smooth solution without particles.

6. Pour the refrigerated whipped cream and granulated sugar into a container.

7. Use an electric whisk to beat until lines just appear, like thick yogurt. Do not overbeat to the point of cake-like texture.

8. Pour the melted gelatin powder into the mango sauce.

9. Stir well.

10. Pour the mango paste into the whipped cream.

11. Stir evenly using cutting and mixing techniques, and the mango mousse paste is ready.

12. Place a piece of cake in an eight-inch cake mold.

13. Pour in half of the mousse paste and shake off the bubbles.

14. Add another piece of cake.

15. Pour in the remaining mousse paste and shake it to make the surface smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for four hours.

16. Take the refrigerated cake out of the refrigerator and prepare to make the mirror surface.

17. Pour 120 grams of QQ sugar and 100 grams of orange juice into a bowl.

18. Heat over water and stir constantly to make the QQ candy completely melt.

19. When the mirror liquid cools to about 20 degrees, slowly pour it into the cake planter, being careful not to overflow. Place in the refrigerator for another two hours.

20. Take the cake out of the refrigerator and blow it around with a hair dryer. The cake will automatically be demoulded. Surface decoration: Use yellow peach slices to form a circle in the middle of the cake, and then decorate with cherries. Cut the grapes in half and place them around the edge of the cake. When the decoration is done, you're done.
