How to make pork ribs with pickled cabbage

After a hard day at work, coming home is like eating the food you want and then having a good sleep. The method of making pork ribs and sauerkraut is not very complicated. You just need to prepare fresh ingredients and follow the steps.

1. Blanch the ribs, wash off the foam with hot water and set aside.

2. Squeeze out the old water from the sauerkraut, soak it in clean water for a while, squeeze out the water, and set aside.

3. Slice the ginger and garlic, and dice the green onion.

4. Put the pork ribs and pork belly slices in water, add star anise, ginger and garlic slices, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for more than an hour. (More soup, skim off the foam)

5. Add sauerkraut and simmer for more than half an hour.

6. Add salt, chopped green onion and MSG and serve.
