How to make the 8-inch chiffon cake

3. Add 50 grams of milk and stir well!

4. Add 40 grams of corn oil and mix well!

5. Sift the low-gluten flour and corn starch into the egg yolk and mix well!

6. Stir the egg yolk paste!

7. Take a spoonful of egg yolk paste and add appropriate amount of cocoa powder and mix well!

8. Add one third of white sugar and two drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, and beat with a whisk until coarse bubbles appear!

9. When the foam becomes finer, add one third of white sugar and continue beating!

10. When the mixture has a small curved hook, add the last third of sugar!

11. Keep beating until upright spikes stand out from the whisk when you lift it. The egg whites are ready!

12. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them into the egg yolk paste, mix well, then add the remaining egg whites!

13. Take two spoonfuls of meringue and add it to the cocoa paste just mixed, mix well and put it into the piping bag!

14. This is the mixed cake batter!

15. Pour the cake batter into an eight-inch mold and shake out the bubbles. At this time, preheat the oven to 140 degrees!

16. Put the cocoa paste into the piping bag, cut a small hole in it, and squeeze out circles on the surface of the cake batter!

17. Then use a toothpick to score the outside and the noodle is ready. Bake in the oven at 120° for 1 hour. Use a bamboo stick to insert it firmly to check if it is cooked. If there is no cake crumbs on the bamboo stick, it is cooked!
