Snail buns (mixed grains)

We don’t have to eat all kinds of delicacies to get the nutrients our body needs. There are some ingredients that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. For example, the preparation of snail buns (mixed grains) is not difficult and suits the taste of the general public. It is a very good choice.

1. Mix whole wheat flour, white flour and yeast powder

2. Add warm water and stir into flour.

3. Mix black rice flour, white flour and yeast powder

4. Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir into dough.

5. Knead both doughs into smooth dough and place them in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.

6. The dough that has been proofed should be in a honeycomb shape. Knead the honeycomb-shaped dough again and then roll it into a thin pancake. Stack them together.

7. Roll up from bottom to top. As shown in the picture.

8. After rolling, cut it into pieces, in circles. Can you understand it by looking at the picture?

9. As shown in the picture above, make the dough into circles with the cut sides facing up and down and let it rise for 10 minutes. No need to wake up in the summer.

10. Put the rice in the pot with cold water and steam it for 30 minutes in total. Subtract 10 minutes of boiling time, the total time is 20 minutes after the steam comes up.

11. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for one or two minutes. Take out and let it cool slightly before serving. The beautiful and delicate little snail multigrain steamed bun is ready.
