12. Use a fork to evenly poke small holes in the pie crust to prevent it from swelling and deforming during baking. Let it rest for 20 minutes (you can also sprinkle some red beans on the pie crust to hold it down, put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, take it out and discard the red beans)

13. Pour the cheese paste into the pie crust until it is 90% full

14. Oven at 160 degrees, middle layer for about 35 minutes

15. After the baked cheese pie cools down to lukewarm state, sprinkle with shredded coconut and decorate with fruits.
