How to make cheese Swiss roll cake

1. Prepare the main materials!

2. Separate the egg white and yolk!

3. Beat the milk, half of the sugar (20G), flour, cream cheese and olive oil with a whisk until well combined! Then pour in the egg yolks twice and beat well!

4. Wrap the beaten egg yolks with plastic wrap and set aside!

5. In another container, use an electric whisk to beat the remaining sugar and egg whites on low speed to produce coarse bubbles; then use medium speed to beat to produce fine bubbles!

6. Add 3/1 of the egg white foam into the egg yolk and stir evenly with a spatula!

7. Pour all the beaten egg yolks into the remaining egg white foam and mix well!

8. Pour the evenly mixed cake batter into a baking pan lined with greaseproof paper, place it on a flat plate and tap it a few times to spread the cake batter evenly on the pan and disperse the bubbles! Place in the middle layer of the preheated oven: bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes!

9. After baking, take out and cool for three minutes!

10. Place a layer of wax paper on the cooling rack!

11. Turn the cake upside down onto the baking paper on the cooling rack, then tear off the baking paper and let it cool!

12. After cooling, roll up the cake and cut it into pieces! You can also roll your favorite cream, fruit or jam fillings in the cake!
