14. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

15. Knead the dough into long strips and evenly divide it into 21 small doughs.

16. Take a dough, flatten it, turn it over and put a ball of filling in it.

17. Wrap the filling ball and pinch the opening to seal.

18. Roll the glutinous rice flour and coat the surface of the glutinous rice flour.

19. After all the dumplings are wrapped, put them into the pot after the water boils and cook over medium heat until they float.

20. Place the remaining dumplings in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and store in the refrigerator.
