How to make pumpkin and potato rice

A beautiful and fulfilling childhood will inevitably affect a person's life, which has a promoting effect. Of course, childhood memories include meals cooked by our mothers, which are our most beautiful memories. Now I will make a memorable pumpkin and potato rice bowl for you.

1. The pumpkins in the north have green skin, but red-skinned pumpkins can be used. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Peel the potatoes.

2. Break into (or cut) small pieces.

3. Set aside chopped green onion and minced ginger

4. Add a little oil in the pan.

5. Add chopped green onion and ginger and a little sauce or soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add pumpkin and potatoes and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add warm water to cover the ingredients and add appropriate amount of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.

8. Stew until the potatoes and pumpkin are sticky and soft. You can try using a shovel and if it breaks easily, it's fine.

9. I cook rice very quickly using a pressure cooker. It only takes one minute to cook after the rice boils. Hahaha

10. Finally, pour the vegetables over the rice. Done... nutritious and healthy.
