12. Pour the stirred egg yolk paste into the remaining two-thirds of the meringue!

13. Stir up and down until even and smooth! Pour it into the mold and sprinkle some white sesame seeds! Shake it a few times to get rid of any bubbles! Preheat the oven to 170 degrees!

14. Put water in the baking tray and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes! Then turn it to 150 degrees for about 45 minutes and it will be ready!

15. After baking, drop the mold and immediately turn it upside down to cool!

16. This is extra, and the texture looks quite fluffy! My mold is 6 inches!

17. Remove the cake from the mold after it has cooled! It will taste even better if you store it in the refrigerator!
