How to make dried cuttlefish, pork ribs and radish soup

1. Clean the dried cuttlefish and soak it in cold water for at least 3 hours until it is soft.

2. Blanch the ribs, drain and cut, slice the ginger and set aside

3. Remove the white bones, eyes and mouth of the dried cuttlefish, cut into small pieces and continue to soak in water

4. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add half of the ginger slices and sauté until fragrant, then add the ribs and fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until both sides turn yellow.

5. Add cooking wine, boiling water, remaining ginger slices, dried cuttlefish, and the water used to soak the dried cuttlefish and boil. Skim off the foam.

6. Transfer to a soup pot and simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours

7. Peel the white radish, cut it into dices, add it to the soup and continue to simmer for 1 hour

8. Turn off the heat and add salt and black pepper to taste, sprinkle with a handful of chopped green onions
