How to make money bread

Urbanites commute twice a day, and their destination is always office buildings and apartments. They have no time to cook, but after getting used to fast food, they will miss home-cooked meals. Money Bread is convenient and quick to make. It can be cooked in just over ten minutes. It only needs to be steamed and there is no need to worry about the harm of oil fumes.

2. Add all ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first, then flour, and finally yeast in the middle.

3. Start the bread machine and start kneading the dough until a thick film can be pulled out. Add softened butter and continue kneading. (The bread machine's method of making film is to simply cut the dough a dozen times after it is formed. Of course, you still need to take it out and beat it manually a few times in the end.)

4. Knead until a firm film can be pulled out.

5. Roll into a ball and place in a container.

6. Cover with a wet cloth or plastic wrap. It is winter now and the temperature is below ten degrees, so you have to turn on the winter fermentation mode. I usually put it in a foam box with a bowl of hot water next to it. Carry out basic fermentation in a foam box with good heat preservation. Of course, you can also use other methods, such as bread machine fermentation, oven fermentation, electric blanket fermentation, or directly ferment in a warm place.

7. Ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.

8. Then take it out, press and fold it to exhaust the air, roll it into a ball again, cover it with plastic wrap and relax it for 15 minutes.

9. Divide and weigh the dough into small pieces, each weighing 6g. Roll them into balls and place them in an 8-inch baking pan. If the baking tray is prone to sticking, it is best to brush a thin layer of oil on the inner wall in advance to prevent it from sticking, so as to avoid difficulty in demoulding after baking.

10. Put it in the oven and put a baking tray of hot water underneath for final fermentation.

11. Take out when fermented to twice its size. Preheat oven to 185 degrees.

12. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

13. During the baking process, you can prepare sugar water for surface decoration. Pour 10g of white sugar into 5g of warm water and stir well. Place it in the oven and let it melt naturally. Of course, you can also use boiling water to stir until it melts.

14. After baking, take out and immediately brush a layer of sugar water on the surface.

15. Here is a note: if you like the sandy texture of white sugar, you can just stir the sugar water with warm water. This way the sugar will not completely dissolve, and there will be granules of white sugar when you brush it on, which tastes sandy and delicious. Of course, you can also use boiling water to completely turn it into sugar water, it’s up to you! I used the former.

16. After brushing with sugar water, remove from the mold and place on the baking rack to cool until there is still some residual temperature before sealing and storing. Eat one by one while eating.
