9. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil. Put the prepared glutinous rice balls into the steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes. Take out

10. Put the glutinous rice balls into a bowl with shredded coconut. Let the surface of the glutinous rice balls be evenly coated with shredded coconut while they are still hot.

11. Put the prepared glutinous rice balls into the paper mold

12. Insert a cranberry (or raisin) on top of the glutinous rice cake as decoration
