11. After five minutes, put it into a pot and steam it until there are no particles. Let cool slightly and set aside.

12. When steaming, you can stir it to ensure it is fully melted.

13. Pour the cream into a container and beat it until about 70% whipped. (You can refrigerate the cream first and then add about 10g of powdered sugar to help whip the cream)

14. Beat until it becomes as thick as yogurt.

15. Prepare yogurt, cream, gelatin powder, etc.

16. First pour the gelatin powder solution into the yogurt and stir evenly, then pour the whipped cream into the mixture and stir evenly.

17. Finally, add 15g of matcha powder and stir thoroughly.

18. Stirring is completed.

19. Take the prepared Oreos and molds out of the refrigerator.

20. Pour the solution directly into the container and refrigerate it for more than 6 hours.

21. After refrigeration, take out and blow around with a hair dryer before demoulding.

22. Sprinkle some matcha powder.

23. Put a strawberry pendant and add a chocolate birthday card.
