1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks.

2. Put 20 grams of granulated sugar into the egg yolk bowl, use an egg whisk to stir evenly and until the sugar is completely melted, then add the butter liquid and stir well.

3. Sift the low flour and matcha powder into a bowl.

4. Stir well and set aside.

5. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat at low speed until coarse bubbles form; add 60 grams of granulated sugar at one time and beat at medium speed.

6. Beat until wet foam is formed, about 70% distributed.

7. Add 1/3 of the egg white to the egg yolk batter and stir until well mixed.

8. Pour it back into the egg whites and mix quickly until evenly mixed.

9. Pour the batter into the mold and smooth the surface, gently shake it a few times to expel the bubbles inside; after preheating the oven to 180°, place it on the middle layer and bake for 15 minutes.

10. Take a small amount of fondant and roll it into a thin sheet. Use a small embossing mould to press it into flower shapes.

11.Use fondant tools to fix the flowers.

12. Take a small amount of fondant paste and mix it with yellow pigment, knead it evenly, and then decorate the center of the flower to make the pistil.

13. Shake the whipped cream and pour it into a water-free and oil-free container. Add in red bean paste and beat at medium speed.

14. Beat until 80% fluffy and refrigerate for later use.

15. Take the cake out of the oven and turn it upside down on the baking rack. Tear off the baking paper after it has cooled completely. Spread the red bean cream filling on the cake slices and sprinkle the candied red beans evenly on the cream filling.

16. Roll up the cake slices, wrap them with wax paper, put them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, take them out, decorate them with fondant flowers and cut them into pieces to enjoy.
