15. Pour the cut and mixed cake batter into the egg white and continue to stir evenly. The cake batter should be very delicate and flowable. Pour it into the mold. If there are lines, use a toothpick to make a Z-shaped pattern to remove bubbles and shake it a few times to remove bubbles.

16. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 10 minutes, put hot water in the baking tray, wrap the bottom of the mold with tin and bake in a water bath

17. Finally, set the oven temperature to 170 degrees and bake for 65 minutes. Check the color halfway through and cover with tin if you like it.

18. Do not take it out immediately after baking. Leave it in the oven for 40 minutes before taking it out to cool.

19. This is a beautiful cake that is already cooling down. You can remove it from the mold only after it is completely cooled down.

20. It is more convenient to remove the mold after refrigerating for 60 minutes.
