The time depends on the size of the fish. You can use chopsticks to poke the meat on the back of the fish to judge. If you can easily insert it, it means the fish is cooked. 6. After the fish is cooked, take it out and put it on a plate. Use high heat to reduce the remaining soup, thicken it, pour it on the fish, sprinkle with mint and it's done.
