How to make bran bread

In our busy lives, more and more people tend to order takeout and ignore truly green and healthy home-cooked meals. Wheat bran bread is a very delicious home-cooked dish. Squeeze out a little time from your busy life to make some side dishes to reward yourself. Don't let life wear you down.

1. Prepare ingredients and weigh flour

2. Dissolve yeast powder and 5 grams of sugar in warm water and set aside

3. Put warm water and dissolved yeast into the bread pot

4. Do not add salt and put all other ingredients into the bread bucket

5. Knead into dough and add salt to finish

7. Place in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size (about an hour) and the hole does not shrink when poked with a finger

14. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for twice as long as before (about an hour)

15. Put it into the preheated 160 degree oven and bake it for 18 to 20 minutes.
