1. Knead all ingredients except butter into a smooth dough.

2. Add butter and continue to knead the dough repeatedly like rubbing clothes until a glove film is formed.

3. Knead until it is 2-2.5 times larger at room temperature.

4. Degas the fermented dough, divide it into small pieces, and let it relax for 15 minutes. Then take out a piece of dough and wrap it with anything you like if you want to put stuffing. I put some coconut and raisins in it and wrap it like a bun.

5. Roll it into an oval shape and then overlap it left and right.

6. Make a cut in the middle.

7. Pass the pointed end from bottom to top.

8. Place the dough on a baking tray and put it into the oven. Put a bowl of warm water underneath and continue to ferment for 40 minutes.

9. It looks like it has risen very well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, brush with egg liquid and bake for 20 minutes.
