How to cook scallion beer shrimp

The recipe of braised shrimp with scallions and beer is very easy. Even if you have no basic knowledge and never cook, you can master the cooking method of this dish quickly after learning.

1. Prepare all the ingredients

2. Remove the shrimp whiskers and shrimp threads, wash and marinate with cooking wine, pepper and salt for five to ten minutes.

3. Cut the scallion into sections, chop the garlic into small pieces, slice the ginger, chop half of the scallion leaves into chopped green onions and roll the other half into scallion knots.

4. Heat the pan and add oil

5. Heat the oil until 70% hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

6. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color

7. Add pepper and soy sauce and stir fry for a while

8. Pour in the beer

9. Add rock sugar and green onion knots, cover and cook over high heat for about three minutes

10. Add seasoning and chopped green onion and mix well.

11. Turn off the fire and finish

12. You can arrange the dishes in a small way
