How to make rice cooker original cake

1. Prepare eggs, low flour, sugar, corn oil, and two clean containers without water or oil.

2. Separate the egg whites and yolks of five eggs (there should be no egg white in the yolk, and the egg white should not be mixed with the yolk. If you can't separate the eggshell, use an egg separator)

3. Beat the egg yolks, add milk and sugar

4. Use a sieve to sift in low flour and stir evenly

5. Add corn oil and mix well

6. Preheat the rice cooker

7. Add a little tartar powder to the egg whites and turn on the egg beater.

8. Add 20g of sugar for the first time after the foam is coarse and continue beating

9. When the bubbles are fine, add 20g of sugar for the second time

10. After the lines are formed, add 20g of sugar for the third time

11. Beat the egg whites until they are in the shape of a peak without bending. Add the egg yolk paste in three batches.

12. Scoop in a spoonful of egg white paste and stir evenly, stirring from the bottom up, just like stir-frying. Do not stir

13. Add the egg white paste for the second time and stir evenly.

14. Finally, pour the stirred egg mixture into the remaining egg white mixture and stir evenly.

15. Pour into the preheated rice cooker and spread the surface evenly with a spatula. Close the lid and switch to cake function

16. Take out the cake and turn it upside down.

17. Cut it and eat it
