How to make steamed cream fruit cake

5. When the eggs are slightly fine, add one-third of sugar and continue beating.

6. When the eggs are beaten like cream, add the last one-third of sugar and continue to beat.

7. When the egg has lines, pour the melted butter and cake powder mixed with baking powder into it and stir vertically with a spatula.

8. After stirring evenly, pour it into the mold and knock out the bubbles (•‿•)

9. Put the cake into the boiling steamer and add more water to prevent the pot from drying out. I steamed a 6-inch cake for half an hour. The black spots on the steamer were caused by the drying out of the pot (/。\) and could not be brushed off...

10. If the cake doesn’t stick to the chopsticks when you poke it with them, it is steamed! Take it out and put it outside to cool down (ˊo̶̶̷ᴗo̶̶̷`)

11. Add sugar to the whipped cream three times. I forgot to take a photo (`_´). I added 30 grams of sugar to 250 ml of cream. My friends measured according to their own taste. Later, I over-whipped the cream and it became slag (iДi)

12. Cut the cake into three layers and spread butter or your favorite fruit on each layer. I don’t like cakes with fruit in the middle, so don’t put it there.

13. Decorate the edges of the cake with buttercream (ˊo̶̶̷ᴗo̶̶̷`) I am not very good at it either, so I just squeeze it and don’t spray it (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

14. Add my favorite mango and dragon fruit cherry (•̀ω•́)✧ and it’s done

15. Let's have a piece of cake and some lemon tea (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) The cake is soft and the cream is sweet (๑¯∀¯๑)

16. If you want to eat chocolate cake, melt the chocolate in hot water with the flour and pour it into the beaten eggs and stir.
