1. Knead the bread ingredients with the oil method until they can be pulled into a film, and place them in a warm place for fermentation!

2. When it has fermented to 2.5 times its original size and does not shrink when you press it with your hand, it is fermented!

3. Take out the knead evenly to release the air, cover with plastic wrap and relax for fifteen minutes!

4. Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces, leaving a larger piece of dough!

5. Roll the larger piece of dough into a round piece, cover the inverted small bowl with it, and place it on a ten-inch round baking pan!

6. Place the other doughs in a circle around the bowl, then use a knife to cut triangles out of the dough on the small bowl. Align the triangles with the small doughs, and then fold the triangles over the small doughs!

7. Then take out the small bowl carefully and put it in the oven at 30 degrees for secondary fermentation to 2.5 times its size. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to increase the humidity.

8. Brush the fermented dough with egg liquid and sprinkle sesame seeds on the triangle! Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes!
