1. 4. Stir evenly. It will feel dry when you start stirring. Do not add water or honey at this time. After all, honey is not water. The flour will not immediately absorb water and thicken after it is added. 5. Put a layer of tin foil on the pot, with the shiny side facing up, so as not to directly touch the bottom of the pot, otherwise it will easily burn.

6. Pour the mixture into the mold and press it firmly (I used a mousse ring, but you can also use a bottle cap or a small bowl to make a shape. A section of the middle of a beverage bottle can also be used as a similar mold)

7. Cover the pot and prepare to start baking.

8. Cook over medium-low heat for about 4 minutes.

9. Bake until both sides are golden brown. The hot oatmeal cookies are soft when they come out of the oven. Don't worry about them being undercooked. They will become crispy after cooling down.
