How to make mummy bread

Repeating the nine-to-five life every day, I have no energy to cook after get off work. Mummy bread is relatively simple to make. You need to use a wok as a cooking utensil. Simply prepare the ingredients and put them in the pot to steam. In less than ten minutes, you can share the joy of delicious food immediately.

1. Pour the milk into the bread bucket, add the egg liquid, salt and sugar diagonally, then add the milk powder, then the flour, and finally the yeast on top, and start the bread machine's kneading program.

2. Knead the dough in the bread machine for half an hour, then add butter and continue kneading.

3. I knead the dough in a bread machine for an hour, then put it into a bowl and place it in a warm place to ferment.

4. Let the dough ferment until it is 2.5 times larger than its original size.

5. Knead the dough evenly to release the air, cover with plastic wrap and let it relax for 20 minutes.

6. Roll the dough into rectangular sheets, but don’t roll it too thin.

7. Cut into strips with a knife.

8. Wrap the noodles around the sausage in an irregular pattern, keeping the face parts farther apart. (Keep your eyes open)

9. Place the wrapped sausages on the baking tray, leaving some distance between them, for secondary fermentation.

10. When it has fermented to twice its size, brush with egg liquid.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 15 to 18 minutes, depending on the color of the bread.

12. Use strawberry jam to make eyes and mouth on the face.

13. Pour some strawberry jam on the bread to create a bloody feeling.

Although restaurant dishes are delicious, they may hide some hygiene issues. Mummy bread is simple to make and can be made at home to ensure hygiene.
