How to make Jun's egg tarts

The method of Junzhi’s egg tart is very simple. If you really want to cook by yourself but are not confident in your cooking skills, you might as well try this dish.

1. Mix the whipped cream and milk, add granulated sugar and condensed milk, heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. (I beat the sugar into powder so it is easier to dissolve)

2. After cooling until it is no longer hot, add egg yolk and low-gluten flour.

3. Stir evenly with a hand whisk.

4. In order to make it taste better, sieve the egg tart liquid.

5. Place the egg tart crust on the baking tray. (Take the tart crust out of the refrigerator 15 minutes in advance)

6. Pour the egg tart liquid into the tart crust until it is about 70% full, then put it into the oven.

7. Adjust the upper and lower heat of the oven to 200 degrees, and then adjust it to 220 degrees for 5 minutes after 20 minutes. (If you want to eat it more tender, you can keep it at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.)

8. When the time is up, take it out of the oven.

9. It can be given to children as breakfast or snack.
