How to make baby food soup

It is best for babies to drink some soup and porridge as complementary food. These foods are more suitable for babies, mainly because the baby's stomach is relatively weak, so it is best for babies to eat some foods that are easier to digest. The best broth to choose for baby food is vegetable broth, pork bone broth, etc. Bone broth, in particular, is helpful for the baby's bone development and can allow the baby to grow healthily.

Vegetable Stock

Material

1 onion 1 tomato 1 corn 1 apple 1/4 cabbage

1 Ingredients: Wash the fruits and vegetables, remove the outer layer of the cabbage, wash and drain the corn, apples, carrots and onions, cut into pieces and set aside.

2 The method of making vegetable broth is very simple. Put the vegetables you want to cook into the soup pot, add water until it covers the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, cover the pot, and simmer until the soup turns golden yellow and smells delicious.

3 Take a soup pot, add water, put in the ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and cook for about 2 to 3 hours. Remove the ingredients from the pot and filter out the scum in the broth.

4The soup that comes out is golden yellow. After cooling, pour into an ice tray and freeze in the freezer.

5. After the soup has cooled, you can divide it into small containers and put it in the freezer to make soup cubes. When you want to cook porridge in the future, just take out a portion and cook it!

Pork bone broth

Material

4 pork bones 1/4 onion 1/2 carrot 5 slices of ginger 1 oil scoop

1Put the pork bones in boiling water and blanch to remove the blood and impurities

2. Rinse the blanched pork bones, put them into the pot and add ginger, carrots and onions.

3. Bring step 2 to a boil over high heat and use a scoop to remove impurities, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer until it becomes soup stock.
