2. Add banana puree to eggs, milk, corn starch and sugar and mix well with a whisk.

3. Pour into the pot, heat on low heat, stirring while heating, until it becomes sticky and turn off the heat.

13. Add 1/3 of the egg white into the egg yolk, stir evenly, turn the bowl counterclockwise with your left hand, and stir clockwise with your right hand.

14. After stirring evenly, pour into the remaining protein bowl

16. Pour the mixture into the baking tray, shake it a few times to remove the bubbles, and place it in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 35 minutes.

17. After it comes out of the oven, let it cool slightly and divide it into four portions

19. This will make 8 slices. Take one slice and put it under the plastic wrap. Apply the banana filling on it, leaving a little space on both sides to prevent the filling from being squeezed out when rolling.
