How to make Mocha Cheesecake

Place the baking tray in the middle layer of the preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake for 90-100 minutes until the center of the cake is slightly puffed.

16. After the cake is out of the oven and cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours before removing it from the mold. After demoulding, sprinkle some powdered sugar on the surface for decoration. Cut into 16-25 pieces as needed and serve
