How to cook river fish with water fern

1. After cleaning the small river fish, marinate it with ginger slices and cooking wine for a while.

2.1 Remove the old leaves from the water fern, wash it in water, and then drain the water for later use.

3.2 Wash the cherry tomatoes and set aside.

4.12 Slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the red pepper into sections and set aside.

8. Add the small river fish and cook for ten minutes.

9. Add the red pepper and continue cooking for another five minutes.

10. Add water fern and cook for two minutes.

11. Add two or three drops of Litsea cubeba oil and a little MSG and serve.
