Homemade Dried Clams

Materials

Main ingredients: Winter melon and dried clams

Seasoning: salad oil, onion, ginger, oyster sauce, garlic, sugar, black pepper

How to cook dried clams and winter melon

1. Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces

2. Blanch the winter melon in boiling water (1 minute), remove and drain.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant

4. Add dried clams and stir-fry

5. Add appropriate amount of sugar after frying until fragrant

6. Add the blanched winter melon and stir-fry

7. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt and stir well

8. Add minced garlic before serving. Stir-fry until the garlic aroma comes out. Sprinkle a small amount of black pepper before serving.

2. Dried clams and kelp bone soup

Materials

Main ingredient: 400 grams of pork bones

Accessories: 200g kelp, 12 dried clams

Seasoning: a little salt, 1 slice of ginger, a little white vinegar

How to make dried clam and kelp bone soup

1. Wash and soak the dried clams for about 2 hours. Slice the ginger and set aside.

2. Boil water, blanch the bones, cool and wash

3. Put the above pre-processed materials into the electric pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water (just enough to cover the materials)

4. Add a spoonful of Fujian old wine and a few drops of white vinegar, press the "tendon" button, and it will be ready in about 40 minutes.

Materials

Ingredients: 250g carrot, 500g pork chops, 100g dried clams

Seasoning salt

1. Cut carrots into pieces

2. Soak dried clams in water

3. Blanch the ribs and set aside

4. Add carrots
