5. Put it in the oven, add a bowl of hot water to increase the temperature and humidity, and ferment until it is 80% full.

6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, make a square on the bottom layer and cover it with a lid. Bake for about 40 minutes. Unmold and cool immediately after baking. If you can’t finish eating it within a short period of time, cut it into slices and freeze it.
