How to make soy milk hamburger beef patties

It is relatively difficult to prepare a sumptuous dinner, but it is not difficult to make some home-cooked meals to satisfy the family. 1. Prepare the ingredients: minced beef, egg liquid, soy milk, bread crumbs

2. Chop the onion, add oil to the pan and fry over low heat until cooked.

3. Mix the minced meat, onion, soy milk, bread crumbs, and egg liquid together. Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to taste.

4. Use your hands (I wear gloves) to stir in one direction until the minced meat is blended with other ingredients and the minced meat becomes sticky.

5. I made 3 servings, so I divided the minced meat into 3 portions. Take one portion and don't shape it yet. Shake it between your left and right palms for a few times to squeeze out the air in the minced meat. Then shape it into an oval meat patty. Finally, press the center of the meat patty with your palm to make the center look flatter than the surrounding area, as shown in the picture.

6. Considering that meat patty sauce is not available in all supermarkets, I will first introduce a black vinegar sauce. Please refer to the sauce part for the amount. Heat the water and all the seasonings together and bring to a boil (boiling a little longer will soften the taste of the black vinegar), then thicken with a little starch and water to make the sauce. Pour it out and set aside. Be careful not to make the starch too thick, just make it a little thinner. If you can get ready-made sauce, skip this step.

7. I made one serving today. Heat the pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Use a spatula to scoop up the meat patties, move them to the pan, and fry them on both sides until they are browned.

8. After both sides are fried and colored, add 30cc of water (100cc of water for 3 patties)

9. Cover the lid and simmer for 5-6 minutes. When you open the lid, check if the water is dry. If there is still water, boil it off. Use a toothpick to poke the middle. If the juice that comes out is white and turbid, it is cooked.

10. The inside of the fried meat patties is full of gravy, so it will be bulging and 1.5 times thicker than the original thickness, which means it is done successfully.

11. Put some lettuce on it and pour the sauce over it.
