If there is still water, boil it off. Use a toothpick to poke the middle. If the juice that comes out is white and turbid, it is cooked. 10. The inside of the fried meat patties is full of gravy, so it will be bulging and 1.5 times thicker than the original thickness, which means it is done successfully. 11.
