The preparation of Crispy Meat Pie (Su-style Fresh Meat Mooncake) is very simple and it is a very common dish on many family tables.

1. Add ginger, garlic, salt, sugar and soy sauce to the meat filling and stir for later use.

2. This is oil-water noodles. Add 150 grams of flour, 60 grams of lard, and 22 grams of water to knead into a smooth dough.

3. This is the butter dough. Add 100 grams of flour and 50 grams of lard to knead into a smooth dough.

4. Cut them into round pieces one by one and leave them covered for 15 minutes without getting them wet.

5. Make the dough into dumpling wrappers, put the butter bread in, and press it flat to make it look like this. It is long.

6. Then roll it up, press it into a long shape, and then roll it up again to make it round so that you can wrap the meat.

7. After it’s done, you can brush it with egg yolk or not, depending on your preference. Some of mine turned hard, so I put some water on them and put sesame seeds in the oven. I don't have an oven, so I used a microwave at 100 degrees for about 18 minutes. I don't know about the oven.

8. It tastes very crispy after baking. Use your hands to catch it under your mouth. Haha.
