Double-crust pizza recipe

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. So below I will first introduce the method of making double-layered pizza.

1. Mix all the dough ingredients and knead them into dough. Knead them vigorously until they are smooth and not sticky to your hands. (As for whether you have to knead them until they expand, I personally think it is not necessary. It is too tiring. You can just be lazy.)

2. The dough will ferment until it is twice as large and become cute and plump. (About 1.5 hours).

3. Filling: onions, mixed vegetables, bacon, salami, pasta sauce (they are all tomato-flavored, so it’s easier to use this).

4. Knead the fermented dough to expel the air, divide it into three equal parts and continue to rise for 10 minutes. Take one part and press it into a pancake. Roll it into a pancake of the same size as the baking tray. Apply a layer of oil on the baking tray and put the pancake in it. Use a fork to poke some small holes in it to prevent it from bulging during baking.

5. Apply a layer of olive oil on the dough and let it rest for a while.

6. Add the pasta sauce and spread evenly.

7.Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.

8. Add a layer of bacon.

9.Sprinkle a layer of mixed vegetables and mozzarella cheese.

10. Add another layer of salami.

11. Sprinkle another layer of mixed vegetables, put onions, and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.

12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. (Take out and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese after 15 minutes)
